Welcome to the official website of Lockwood Chase, a wonderfully friendly, suburban Philadelphia neighborhood located in Malvern, Pennsylvania.

Our site was created to keep residents informed of all things Lockwood: news and alerts, special events, resident phone list, and more. It also provides information regarding our restrictive covenants and by-laws, annual meeting and LCA Board meetings, and architectural review process for new additions, pools, fences.
