LCA

The Lockwood Chase Homeowners’ Association (LCA) is an organization composed of all property owners in the Lockwood Chase development. An all-volunteer, elected board of directors serves the LCA by

  • collecting annual dues;
  • overseeing the maintenance of the entrance to the neighborhood, open spaces, the pond, landscaping and lighting;
  • responding to complaints and community issues;
  • reviewing plans for sheds, pools, fences and additions to ensure compliance with the restrictive covenants;
  • working to enforce all other standards put forth in the restrictive covenants.

The board meets regularly to discuss current concerns and budget issues. Meeting minutes are available upon request.

The LCA Annual Meeting, open to all residents, is held each February to review the budget and discuss upcoming projects and issues within the community. In addition, nominations for officers are solicited each fall and voted on at the Annual Meeting. Residents are notified of the meeting via flyers in their mailbox and emails. Meeting minutes will be published on this site.
